FOREVER REMEMBERED by Lynn Bauer - I loved coming across this beautiful bronze statue of Ronald Reagan at his Presidential Library and Museum. Long before his was president, he was knows for the many western movies that he had starred in. The west was in his blood, and this statue pays tribute to that side of him. President Reagan chose this beautiful hill in Simi Valley for his Library, with it's beautiful views over Simi Valley and Moorpark, that extend as far as the coastline and the Pacific Ocean beyond! I love to think about him coming up here to enjoy the same view that I do today. He will be forever remembered as a wonderful actor and an even better President!!

I have spent most of my life living in Southern California where I have developed an appreciation for all the beauty provided by nature. I've been blessed to be able to visit gorgeous mountains, like the High Sierra, which is home to some of the most majestic sights on earth, such as Yosemite National Park, as well as making quick trips to the beaches of the Pacific Coast, if I want to spend an evening shooting a sunset.
