SUNSET REFLECTIONS IN MAMMOTH LAKES by Lynn Bauer - Gorgeous fall colors and sunset skies combine to make a stunning scene in Mammoth Lakes, California. This is a small pond located in the Snowcreek condominium complex where we were staying during our hunt for fall color. A row of lovely homes can be seen across the pond and adjacent nature center. Mammoth Lakes is a beautiful vacation town off of California's Highway 395 between the towns of Bishop and Bridgeport. It is located in the Inyo National Forest and is part of the John Muir Wilderness Area in Mono County.
